Once you reach out to us, we'll work together to determine your priorities, preferences, needs, and vision. We design package proposals very carefully, and the vacation we'll build together is specific to your unique travel group.
01. The Consultation:
Once you approve your proposal, we'll get you booked—and then you'll start your official Countdown to Disney! Our concierge services begin as soon as your trip is official, and we work tirelessly to make sure your vacation is everything you expect it to be.
02. Booking Services:
We’ll create a custom vacation guide with everything you need for your vacation—including important dates and information that’s relevant to your travel group, your touring plan, and your vacation goals.
03. Personalized Planning Materials:
We'll continue to monitor for and apply any offers that become available after you book, so you'll always know you're getting the most for your money.
04. Offer Monitoring and Application:
There's lots of misinformation on the internet—but when you book with us, we'll be a phone call, email, message, or text away. Our clients are our top priority, and we're proud of the longstanding relationships we develop with them.
